Mercer's cost of Living Survey 2006 lists the following as the 5 most costly cities to live in.

They are as follows: Moscow, Seoul, Tokyo, Hong Kong and London.

Other Asian cities costlier than Singapore include Osaka and Beijing. Singapore was placed 17th.
